Our newest adventure...cheese! We are using raw milk and have made cheddar and gouda. Parmesan is next! In 3 months we will know if its any good!

Who's ready for pastured chicken?! We are! This crazy weather has kept us from starting chicks yet but we hope things are marking a turn for the better and will be ordering chicks soon!
