Rudd Ranger boiler chickens. Will be processed this weekend. Raised outside, no antibiotics. Free range access to grass, supplemented with chicken feed. $3 pound after processing. Will be placed in the freezer, whole, immediately after processing unless requested otherwise. Additional $1 if you want them cut up.

Holstein beef, ready for your freezer. Beef was processed in Elkton, SD under USDA processing, inspection, and packaging. Meat processed with as little fat as possible per our request.
Ground beef: $5 each per 1 pound package. Vacuum sealed packages
Hamburgers: $7 per package. 4 patties per package, approx. 1/3 pound each patty.
Beef jerky: $10 vacuum sealed package. Approx. 1/2 pound per package.
Delivery is available to Redwood Falls or Marshall with $30 or more order.

We will have pigs available for butcher come end of January and February, April-May of 2019. This will all depend on your butcher availability. We have taken pigs to Schmits (with a limit of 4) in the past.
Our pigs are locally grown and raised on a small hobby farm near Marshall. We use no antibiotics, growth hormones, or other non-natural products if possible.
