Ingredients:
* 1 lb ground beef
* 1 tablespoon butter
* 1 small onion, finely diced
* 2 jalapeños, diced
* 3 cloves garlic, minced
* 8 oz cream cheese, softened
* 8 oz Velveeta cheese, cubed
* 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
* 1/2 cup heavy cream
* 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
* 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
* 1 teaspoon burger seasoning
* 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
* 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
* 2 green onions, sliced
Instructions:
1. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it into small crumbles.
3. Stir in onion and jalapeños and cook for 4–5 minutes until softened.
4. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
5. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, burger seasoning, and black pepper.
6. Reduce heat to low.
7. Add cream cheese, Velveeta, cheddar cheese, and heavy cream.
8. Stir continuously until smooth and creamy.
9. Fold in half of the crumbled bacon.
10. Simmer for 2–3 minutes until hot and bubbly.
11. Transfer to a serving bowl or small cast iron skillet.
12. Top with remaining bacon and sliced green onions.
