🧀🌶️ Creamy Jalapeño Burger Cheese Dip with Southern Flavor 🍔

Loaded with seasoned burger beef, creamy melted cheese, spicy jalapeños, and smoky Southern-style flavor, this crowd-pleasing dip is perfect for game day, parties, or anytime comfort-food cravings hit! 😍

Prep time: 15 minutes
Cook time: 20 minutes
Total time: 35 minutes
Yield: 8 servings

Ingredients:

* 1 lb ground beef
* 1 tablespoon butter
* 1 small onion, finely diced
* 2 jalapeños, diced
* 3 cloves garlic, minced
* 8 oz cream cheese, softened
* 8 oz Velveeta cheese, cubed
* 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
* 1/2 cup heavy cream
* 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
* 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
* 1 teaspoon burger seasoning
* 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
* 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
* 2 green onions, sliced

Instructions:

1. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it into small crumbles.
3. Stir in onion and jalapeños and cook for 4–5 minutes until softened.
4. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
5. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, burger seasoning, and black pepper.
6. Reduce heat to low.
7. Add cream cheese, Velveeta, cheddar cheese, and heavy cream.
8. Stir continuously until smooth and creamy.
9. Fold in half of the crumbled bacon.
10. Simmer for 2–3 minutes until hot and bubbly.
11. Transfer to a serving bowl or small cast iron skillet.
12. Top with remaining bacon and sliced green onions.

Pro Tip:

Serve with tortilla chips, pretzel bites, toasted baguette slices, waffle fries, or burger sliders for the ultimate Southern-style snack spread! 😋

Thai Basil Beef Rolls

Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef
1 tablespoon sesame oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 teaspoon fish sauce
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon chili flakes
1 cup fresh Thai basil leaves
8 rice paper wrappers
1 cup shredded carrots
1 cucumber, julienned
Fresh cilantro leaves
Cooked rice vermicelli noodles

Directions:

Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Add garlic and ginger, cooking for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, brown sugar, and chili flakes.
Simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce coats the beef.
Remove from heat and stir in fresh Thai basil leaves until wilted.
Fill a shallow dish with warm water and soften one rice paper wrapper at a time.
Layer vermicelli noodles, basil beef mixture, carrots, cucumber, and cilantro in the center.
Fold the sides inward and roll tightly.
Repeat with remaining ingredients and serve fresh.
