FingerLakes Hots Food Truck serving up a mix of authentic Filipino and Rochester's Staple Hots Food My name is Orlando Crespo owner of Fingerlakes Hots.

I always loved buying hot dogs from a hot dog cart when growing up in the Bronks. I always fascinated how the person running the carts was always busy even in the dead of winter! I got my chance to feel what that person in the hot-dog stand in the Bronx felt in late summer of 2018. Hot dog carts are a dying breed, and far in between nowadays. People love the feeling and seeing nostalgic things in

life. And As I know from experience a hot-dog cart gives people that feeling back. It makes for great conversation. I love meeting new people and knowing that I am filling a void in the community, I love owning a hot-dog cart, and this I will never give up. My wife Aurora Cespo is half Filipino and Norwegian, She grew up in the Philippines until the age of 15. By then she learned to cook her national foods. I met Aurora in early 2010. She had already Mastered Filipino cuisine. ( She spoiled me with feeding me all the wonderful food) :) Thanks Babe! On the Flip Side is our Filipino cuisine! I also want to give thanks to my lovely wife Auroa, She has inspired me to pursue and grow the business to another level! I Purchased a old camper from 1980's. I gutted it and slowly transformed it in to a food truck. Featuring a full kitchen and even a restroom! Please look for the pictures in my gallery! Please leave us your feed back. Tonight's Special, Filipino BBQ Chicken Plato:

Marinated chicken thighs w/ calamansi, soy sauce, garlic & our signature seasonings, grilled up and topped with our housemade BBQ sauce. Paired with arroz con gandules(yellow rice & pigeon peas) & fried sweet plantains 😋 Masarap!

After tonight, we’re taking the weekend off to take care of some behind the scenes business. Then somehow.. September is already here!

TONIGHT! Second to last food truck rodeo of the year! Our specials tonight are:

-Lechon Kawali: crispy fried pork belly served with jasmine rice, atsara(green-papaya slaw) and spicy vinegar

-Pancit Canton: stir-fried egg noodles, tossed with green beans, cabbage, & carrots

We are set-up at Minnett Hall(right behind the Dome Arena for Roc Roller Derby bout. Doors open at 3pm ending around 7pm.
