Hardwoods blended with vintage oak and natural herbs are available in four flavors (Applewood, Hickory, Mesquite, and Alder). This all natural product consists of a smoking canister and enough woodchips for twelve (12) grillings. There is no need to soak the chips or build a foil pouch. Fill provided smoke canister half way with woodchips and replace cover. Place on or under hot grill. Once smoke begins to develop, put foods on grill and close lid. The smoke canister will produce for approximately 10-20 minutes depending on temperature and proximity to heat source. By closing the lid on grill, this culinary seasoning smoke will circulate around your foods resulting in old world wood-fired flavors. The development of this product evolved from years of experience in smoking and grilling. This knowledge combined with my desire to develop a simple way to enhance conventional grilling methods has led to The SmokeStack Co’s new culinary seasoning smoke. Commercial grade smoking wood used in large scale natural smoking batches of Ham and Bacon is much finer and filters through a smoke generator producing hours of premium smoking. The fine consistency of this wood never requires soaking like most home smoking products. 10,000 lb. batches of bacon can be smoked for hours with as little as 45 lbs. of woodchips. By utilizing these woods blended with vintage oak and herbs, The SmokeStack Company’s efficient 6oz. smoke canister produces an ample amount of time released smoke resulting in a great wood fired flavor on all your grilled meats and vegetables.
