Teton Full Circle Farm is a certified organic farm located in Victor, ID providing the local community with vegetables, and educational opportunities.

At Teton Full Circle Farm, Erika Eschholz and Ken Michael aim is to provide the community with meaningful educational experiences through a partnership with Full Circle Education in addition to providing nourishing, organic fruits, and vegetables. Our location is ideal for school groups, visitors and involved CSA members. By hosting community education on the farm, we seek to generate momentum in

the greater local food movement. In doing so, we will build resiliency in our local communities and inspire those involved to participate in lifestyles which restore degraded ecosystems in Teton Valley, Jackson Hole and beyond. We invite your to join Full Circle to strengthen, celebrate, and reap the joys of local organic food and sustainable living. In so doing, we can all create an exceptional community that will benefit the future of this area and provide leadership to other communities. Spring has sprung at Teton Full Circle Farm! The first cut flowers of the year are here and spring greens will be available VERY soon!

We appreciate these first of the season, fresh farm products as much anyone else. Bring some local farm joy into your home and say hello to the calves, cows and chickens when you stop by the Farm Store!

Join us for ‘The Family Cow’ Workshop, March 14th 1-4 p.m. See link to sign up.

There is nothing like drinking fresh warm milk from your family cow! In this workshop participants will learn what it takes to acquire a cow, how to feed and shelter her, what tools they need to milk her, how to milk, and what to do with the incredible abundance she provides.

Participants will get hands-on experience milking Honeysuckle at Teton Full Circle Farm, and go home with an heirloom culture to make their own yogurt sour cream and cultured butter.

Goldbug

February 6 was Goldbug‘s last day on the farm. In the company of friends and family, his passing was peaceful and immediate. Goldbug is survived by his mother, Honeysuckle and his brothers, Kieselstein and Comfrey. Goldbug was Honeysuckle’s first calf and the first born on the farm. He taught us countless calving lessons, showed us how to be better listeners, and exhibited endless patience when we were going through the growing pains of raising our first calf. As he came of age, Goldbug shone in his role as mayor of the Full Circle herd, always the first to greet a farm visitor, whether he knew them or not. All who met him knew he was golden, inside and out.

It is part of farming to say goodbye to an animal in this way from time to time. We do so with the deepest gratitude to Goldbug. Words cannot express our thanks for all of the fertility he brought to our gardens, the nourishment he will bring to the farm family, and the pure joy he still brings to our hearts. We love you, Goldbug. You will be missed!

Join this farm community and get expose to all aspects of a small certified organic & biodynamic diversified farm. Participate in all vegetable, cut flower & medicinal herb production including sewing, transplanting, bed preparation, crop maintenance, harvesting irrigation and pasture maintenance.

We’ve got organic/biodynamic Medicinal and Culinary Herbs!
🌿Herbs grown and foraged locally are the best medicine for the community they grow near. It is our intention to provide important locally grown, organic/biodynamic herbs to local herbalist and families who can use them to make effective medicines and nourishing meals.

Happy Mid-Summer! Our Farm Community gathered to celebrate this very special time of year when harvests are bountiful, the butterflies and humming birds are dancing, and ‘the livin’ is easy’!

Thanks to this group of hard workin’ farmin’ folks (and those not pictured here) we have delicious, beautiful, biodynamic, and organic food and flowers to share with our Teton community!
