🍷 Happy National Red Wine Day!

We don’t play favorites around here—but when the temps start to dip, we’ll admit we reach for a good red a little more often. ❤️

At Bonesteel, our shelves run the gamut, from juicy Cinsault and Gamay to bold California Cabernet Sauvignon and plenty in between.

Today’s tasting 2P-8P Maison Noir Wines New Noir—a fun, juicy red that’s definitely worth getting to know.

Tasting today from 2P-8P!
A skin contact “Northwest Edelzwicker” of sorts, a diabolical blend of 50% Gewurztraminer, 28% Pinot Gris, 12% Riesling, 5% Muscat, and 5% Pinot Blanc: Stone fruit potpourri, racy acidity with a sprinkle of molten salt!

With Pinot Gris with extended skin contact, the 2022 vintage has a dark pink hue akin to an Italian Rosato.

RIP absolute legend, queen, and superhuman Dolly. 💔✨ Honoring her today by recreating the Dirt Road Martini she created with her sister, Rachel. Of course we made ours with SUPERGAY SPIRITS 🍸💕✌🏻 vodka because Dolly would approve. 💅🌈

DOLLY’S DIRT ROAD MARTINI
2 oz Supergay Vodka
2 oz unsweetened tea
¼ oz giardiniera brine
Spanish Queen olives + giardiniera vegetables, for garnish

Stir vodka, tea, and giardiniera brine with ice until chilled. Strain over ice and garnish with olives and colorful giardiniera vegetables.

A little tea, a little brine, a lot of Dolly. 🥂💖
