🍔 THURSDAYS ARE FOR BURGERS 🍔

Big 1/2 # fresh ground brisket burgers rolled however you want them 🤤 Smoked to a perfect medium internal temp, then seared off on the flat top for that perfect finish. Served up with our house-made hand cut fries cooked in beef tallow 🔥🍟

This is not your average burger stop, y’all… this is full blown Texas burger therapy. Come hungry.

Fridays are for Moist brisket, Fat Daddies, Brisket Mac and 1/2 # smoked burgers 🍔. Happy Friday from the chopping block. Briskets are jiggly, ribs are tender and the turkey is succulent. We have our warmers loaded down and we cannot wait to see you.
