Edouard is nearing the coast just between Holly Beach and Sabine Pass. Air Force Recon has measured winds of around 60 mph to the southwest of the center. Keep in mind this is at about 4000 feet....there is little chance those winds are reaching the surface.

A track across the Triangle expected this afternoon with some rainfall totals to around 5 inches possible.
