Reminder- we close tomorrow at 11:00 a.m. and will reopen at 8:00 a.m. on June 1st. We have enough pork butts to cut a few hundred pork steaks in addition to our full offering of beef steaks, bratwurst, smoked brisket and pulled pork. Come on by!
