Welcome to Fermenter Prizes! My name is Tim Artz. I've been blogging my food adventures at timsfoodobsession.com for eight years, I am featured in two best-selling cookbooks along side many Michelin starred and James Beard award winning chefs, and I've been highlighted in and contributed work published in the press nationwide.
Fermenter Prizes offers your group of up to four participants the opportunity to join my food adventures, learn some recipes and techniques, and, most of all, to have fun.
You can browse the classes on fermenterprizes.com, or you can contact me to make a custom class for your group based on anything I've posted on timsfoodobsession.com. If you want to do a custom class for more than four people at your location, I'm open to that. Either way, get in touch and set a date for fun!
