If you missed the Scallop Risotto this year...good news! The Flower and Garden festival still has an AMAZING scallop dish that can be made GF! The sauce is absolutely delicious (shout out to the magical Disney sauciers!) and if you're a fan of crunchy green beans, then this is your dish!

I highly recommend watching them make your order as it's really cool to watch them dip it into the liquid nitrogen and crack it open!

This has got to be my favorite dish this year at EPCOT's Flower & Garden Festival...and it's almost gone! This was the dish that I was most excited for since I love scallops and risotto - and it did not disappoint! It was incredibly creamy, with the perfect amount of lemon. I wish Epcot sold a full size version of this year round! You can find this GF delight at the Farmer's Feast EPCOT booth for just a few more days until they replace it with their springtime menu offerings.

Gluten Free March Finds .grill
The best of Burton's March menu was definitely a win for gluten free! The risotto fritters were as amazing as the GF arancini that you can find at Disney! The butterscotch pudding was truly was the perfect sweet treat with the blondie crumbles on top!

March Finds at Honey & Ivy Gluten Free! ☘️🍀🍵🧁🌈
📸: Lucky Charms Cookie, Lemon Poppyseed Muffin, Cinnamon Roll, Rainbow Sprinkle Donut, S'mores themed Cream-filled Donut, Vanilla & Lemon flavored cupcakes with a St. Patty's theme, and Strawberry Matcha!

As always is a favorite to stop by to pick up an outrageous amount of GF treats. My faves from this month were definitely the lemon poppyseed muffin and the cinnamon roll. I was very lucky to get the cinnamon roll fresh and warm, which was absolutely lovely, and the lemon icing on the muffin was absolutely DELICIOUS!

📍Terra's Ice Cream, Coffee, & Sweets 🍨☕🍪🥪
This place is an amazing spot for delicious dedicated gluten free ice cream! They make absolutely delicious waffle cones and waffle bowls that are the best that I've ever had gluten free (not pictured). While I'm a huge fan of their ice cream, this is the first time that I've tried their savory items. They have a few savory options like quiches, tuna salad, and quinoa tabbouleh, but this is the first time I've seen sandwiches! The flavor of the sandwich was very good and the bread lasted for a long time. Because of the pesto, I was expecting the bread to fall apart right away, but I only ate half the sandwich at first and saved the other half for later. The bread was exactly the same!

Happy National Celiac Awareness Day! 💚🩵
This year, I went to the and game as part of the fundraiser. I also got a free .crews25 bobblehead! had gluten free hot dogs with buns and lots of other gluten free options too! Not pictured, but their passion fruit juice was amazing!

My favorite thing by far of this whole meal was the Baked Beans with Burnt Ends! Absolutely delicious! The coleslaw and watermelon were very refreshing on a hot summer day. I wasn't much of a fan of the pork ribs, but overall this was a tasty and safe meal for "diet Epcot". (For those of you who don't know, diet Epcot is when there are no festivals happening)
