😂 Mav has officially established his water ranking system:

1. Fresh from the garden hose= ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
2. Lowe’s bucket= acceptable
3. Water trough= absolutely not unless desperate

Because apparently livestock water tastes better when it comes with extra inconvenience. 😂🐑

Ewe & Me Farm Facebook may have been a little quiet lately… but let me tell you, things around here are far from quiet! 🐑🤎

We snuck away for a short cruise, and a HUGE thank you goes to Shannon Fannon and her newly started pet-sitting business for taking such amazing care of everyone while we were gone. We didn’t have to worry about a thing and I’m pretty sure she spoiled them worse than we do! 😂🐑🐶

Now we’re home and in full fair-prep mode! The Maries County Fair is just TWO weeks away, and three of our crew are getting ready for the show ring.

Larissa will be showing Judy & Pearl and taking Maverick into the market lamb show before selling him at the livestock auction. LOOK HOW MUCH HE HAS GROWN! . 🐑💪

Tonight’s walk didn’t exactly go as planned. 😆

While Maverick and Pearl were out for their evening walk, Judy decided she was coming too and pushed her way through the gate.

The three of them took off running around the field while Goose and Diamond stayed behind baaa-ing the whole time. Since our property is fenced, we decided to let everyone out and enjoy a little evening walk/run together.

I’d say it was a success and would be great to do this every evening as long as they all stay away from the pool! 🤣🐑

Oh, and Maverick, he is a stud 😍

Bath night for Pearl and Maverick! 🐑🫧

They definitely deserve a little show-off post because they are some beauties! ❤️

I still can’t believe how fast Pearl (and Diamond) has grown. They aren’t even 6 months old! 🥹

Next up is Diamond’s bath so we can get a photo of the twins together again. 🐑💕

Y’all… this is Mav all cleaned up! 🐑❤️ Larissa gave him a spa day today (bath and blow-dried), and I’d say she did an amazing job.

🌱💙 Maverick is loving this fresh green grass!

It’s hard to believe this handsome guy came to Ewe & Me Farm as a tiny 46-pound lamb. Now, we think he’s easily pushing 100 pounds! Watching him grow and develop has been such a fun journey.

We can’t wait to get his official weight and see just how much progress he’s made. Every pound gets us one step closer to show season! 🐑💪
