Round 1🧅 Dicing onions isn’t my favorite thing to do. I use my whop chopper lol as I call it. Because I like small diced pieces. I have a food processor but it makes it more minced. What gadget do you use for bulk dicing? I will say cutting them under water to chunk them before dicing they didn’t burn my eyes. 🙌🏻

🧅Spent my morning harvesting onions! Dixondale Farms did not disappoint yal! We ordered these got them in the ground about 3 months ago! 1015Y Texas Super Sweet Onion (short day). They did well for the drought we had and just us watering them as we had the time to. We ended up with 150 so far I still have a few that aren’t falling over just yet. In the mean time lol our porch has become the onion drying spot once again til I can get some processed and freeze dried.

🥰 Yal one of our sweet friends we have known for many years owns The Shack BouTea. I’ve been in the garden all morning watering plants, harvesting onions and also taking care of Farm babies before that and got so hot. So I took a break to go by a support her and today I tried the Watermelon Crawl Loaded Tea. So so good! 🤟🏼♥️ If yal haven’t went by today yal go check them out!
