Summertime has kept us busy so I’ve fallen behind in my posts, but it is getting close to time for lambs to go to the processor. If you need any specialty cuts of lamb now is the time to request them. We routinely keep chops, ground, & stew/kabob meat on hand but racks, leg of lamb roasts, shoulder roasts or any other cut needs to be ordered before September 30th.
Our lambs are grass fed & finished and have never had antibiotics or added hormones.
