In addition to tasting the newly released vintage, guests will have the opportunity to sample a different wine straight from the barrel and get a sneak peek at what's aging in our cellar.

9:00 AM the event opens with our Monks Market, featuring Monk made goods as well as local agricultural vendors

10:30 AM Blessing Ceremony

11:00 AM Wine Tasting, Mobile Catering, Tours and more
There is no cost to attend the event. If you choose to enjoy a wine tasting, there is a small fee that includes a special stemless wine glass to keep—available only at this event.

We’re incredibly proud to announce that our 2023 Aimée Bollicine Brut was awarded the prestigious Golden Bear for Best Sparkling Wine at the 2026 California State Fair Commercial Wine Competition! This puts our Golden Bear total to 5!

These elite awards go to the very best in major categories like Best of Show Red, Best of Show White (which we won twice in 2023 and 2024), Best Sparkling, Best of Show Rosé (we won in 2024), plus the coveted Golden State Winery of the Year (we won in 2024). Think of it as the wine world’s version of winning Olympic gold… but with way better tasting notes.
