Only a week in and we’re about half way there. Yields on a half hog are approximately 30, 1/2 inch pork chops 8-10 lbs of bacon 10-15 lbs of sausage 1 ham 1 Boston butt or shoulder steaks shoulder roast 1 rack spare ribs. Around $500 value Hopefully all spots fill up and processing date will be July. Good luck!!!!!
