Why pick just one color when you can have the whole palette? Swatches is our latest Hazy IPA, bringing a little organized chaos to your glass and plenty of reasons to sample accordingly. Consider this your permission to color outside the lines.

Hazy. Colorful. Hoppy.

HPA Galaxy, Galaxy Prysma, YCH Krush, and Clayton Hops NZ Cascade bring the hops to the forefront of Swatches, with a foundation of Rabbit Hill Pils and Wheat malts to back up the hops. Tutti Fruiti hops across the dial, with that mixed berry leaning tropical fruit flavor heading into hints of sweet bubblegum on the finish.

Oktoberfest has landed!
Smooth. Prost! Satisfying.

This Festbier is brewed with three different base malts from Hillary with their Munich style malt as the star of the show. This malt goes into the kiln the same as the others but it spends a little time "stewing" before the kilning process. During this time, some starches in the grain convert to sugars. Toasting these sugars in the kiln builds rich, bready melanoidin compounds that gives this malt a distinct toasted, malty flavor.

A hefty portion of this Jersey Fresh malt, an extended single decoction and ample hop additions of Magnum, Mittelfrüh, and Saaz yields a beer that you can crush by the litre under the big tents of Oktoberfest.
