Due to the weather, tonight’s event has been cancelled at the Blue Cork in Williamstown.

I’m disappointed and also relieved. (The stresses of wet weather are not fun. Coupled with lightning and wind: no bueno)

Beer battered fish fillets, Texas Toast (with cheese), and roasted Rustic Herb veggies.

I like broc, cauli, and carrots as they are easily sourced, but any mix is good!

Trying out some new-to-me recipes. This is a breakfast pita with yogurt, eggs, and veggies.
