Sweet || Balance out the spice of red peppers with sweet honey! Along with produce, we also sell quarts of honey.

This honey is made from bees that live on our farm during the summer season. 🐝 They help pollinate our pumpkins. 🎃

The honey and bees are from our friends and neighbors, Neal Honey. 🍯

We love adding crushed red pepper to honey for a spicy sweet flavor! Especially good on fried chicken! 🍗

Get your fill || Come get your supply of peppers for the year here. Harvest only comes once a year and now's the time to stock up on red peppers.

Fill a bucket! 🪣
Fill a bag! 🎒
Fill a trunk! 🚗
Fill a truck! 🚛
And most importantly, fill your belly! 😋

Place an order ahead of time and we'll pick the peppers for you, or pick your own. No limits! Get as much as you want!

Open until it freezes and that won't be for a couple of weeks.

Pick your own red peppers || What it's like to your own peppers.

Come to the shop and get buckets and bags. We'll show you where to go to get the variety of peppers you want. You can take a map to get to the fields if you want.

After a short drive, you go directly into the field and park. Take your buckets into the rows and pick the peppers you want. You can be as picky as you want. Get the exact size, shape, and color you want. Fill your bags as full as you want.

Once you're done picking, come back to the shop, you can drive directly in so you're close to the scale. We'll weigh your peppers and you're charged by the pound. While you're at the shop you can also pick your own radish and cabbage, buy honey, and get a watermelon. If you buy a couple hundred pounds of peppers you get a free watermelon!

Bright || The sun is out and it's a perfect pepper day.

After a winter, spring, and summer where you could hardly bargain a drop out of the sky, the start of this fall (when we really need it to be dry) has been misty and grey. Not today though! The sun is out and it's supposed to be 85°

We're open all day every day until it freezes hard.

Peppers are sold by the pound. You can pick them yourselves for a better deal, or call ahead to place an order for already picked peppers. Peppers come in bags of approximately 50 lbs.

We still have Napa Cabbage and radish too!

Mud || Rain is a good thing. From such a dry, tough summer, the moisture is much needed. With the recent rain showers, there comes mud. Like most things in farming, we're at the mercy of mother nature's timing.

The mud has created some necessary picking postponements and order reshuffling. Thank you for your patience and willingness to work with us. We'll still get your order fulfilled, it just might be a day or so later.

We also know you're patiently waiting for a string of sunny days to pic peppers yourselves and be able to sun dry them at home. The forecast is promising and we hope to see you soon!

We still have plenty of peppers, radishes, cabbages and watermelons!

Not Quite Yet || Peppers are looking really good but still green. Not quite ready for our special red pepper harvest. Despite the tough drought conditions this year, the peppers got priority irrigation and have really put up a nice stand. We always aim to open pepper season around mid-September and this year is no different. In about a week or so LoPresti Farms will be open for pepper business. Looking forward to opening day! 🌶️
