Tender, juicy thinly sliced braised pork shoulder coated in a sweet, savory sticky glaze, piled over hot vinegar-seasoned jasmine rice and loaded with delicious kimchi, sliced cucumbers, shredded carrots, green onions and toasted sesame seeds, then finished with a drizzle of my Creole spicy mayo.
