Well life on the barn has been crazy to say the least

I lost two lil bucks bc I had no clue when she was do and well of course she had them on one of the - negative nights

Next we brought the other two down to put in my buikding for heat and well Friday night/Saturday morning one of the mommas had two and one was plopped into the water bowl. Bradyn found it and I went and got hair dryer and heating pad and 2.5-3 hours later it was nursing from its mom and doing ok. Matthew went up to check on everyone before we went to bed and all was sort of well. The lil one was behind mom and not with sister.
Saturday morninh went up to check and she was behind mom again and cold. Well back to heating pad and hair dryer and given milk with eye dropper.
Well late last night she crossed the bridge
I tried everything and had long hours but sometimes it just isn’t in my favor.

The hill is crazy trying to get up and down but so far it’s been ok jut cold as crap

First pic is Rae, She is a great milker not only did she feed her baby she also produced so much milk that a already got to freeze some

I lost two babies bc of the cold so I brought these two in so I didn’t loose anymore babies guess where they are at?? Yep you guessed it my Nest/ building that I make my soap and things in!! Hurry up and get warm bc I need to start making soap soon!!

The whole farm is sad today, we lost our girl Sadie. 8 years wasn’t long enough She was the best hugger, walking partner, snack eater, watch guard ever! Always looked at you Into your soul and loved unconditionally
I sure hope Nathan was at the other end of that bridge waiting on her with the best snacks ever
Go run those beautiful fields my Sadie bug. I’m going to miss you like crazy love you always

Meet Lupin the newest little guy on the farm. His mommies teats are so big he can’t nurse so I have to milk her and bottle feed him. So now he will be an inside goat until spring. Yes he is sleep in my arms we are bonding
