We will greatly miss Congressman LaMalfa and are mourning this sudden loss. He was a true friend and leader for us right up to the end.

May the Lord comfort his family, staff, and friends during this difficult time of grieving.

A lifelong resident of Northern California and a fourth-generation rice farmer, Congressman LaMalfa spent more than two decades in public service. He proudly represented California’s 1st Congressional District from 2013 to 2026, serving as Chairman of the Congressional Western Caucus.

It was a pleasure being a part of the Sierra Valley Art + Ag Trail on this past Saturday. Thanks to all who signed up for the bus tours. We’ve been a part of the event since the beginning and it is one of our favorite days of the year.

We are very excited to cheer on one of our own next week at the Plumas Sierra County Fair as Emmett takes his very first 4-H project to Quincy!

Emmett is the oldest of the sixth generation on Roberti Ranch. Our family is excited to see him carry on the 4-H tradition and to have kids exhibiting at the fair again.

Emmett and King 🐽 show on Wednesday, July 23 at 9am.

The Plumas Sierra Junior Livestock Auction is Sunday, July 27. More details in Emmett’s buyers letter below. 🍀
