I have some SUPER EXCITING NEWS!!

I am so excited to announce that I am going to be working with the Blacklick Valley School District on supplying OUR BEEF to their students for LUNCH!

BEEF is a complete protein: Contains all nine essential amino acids needed to build and repair muscles, bones, and tissues during childhood and adolescence.

We are ALL super excited for this possibility!

Thank you to the PA Beef Council, The Beef Checkoff Program and everyone else involved for making this possible!

If you know someone, or have a student in the Blacklick Valley School District; ask them what they are having for lunch!
