She’s a little ewe lamb and is half Hampshire, half Suffolk.

We made the switch to standard LaMancha goats at the middle of last year. For Christmas, my husband bought me a few more does and one of them decided to give us a little surprise a few days ago. The previous owner knew she was bred but didn’t know how far along and she didn’t give us much indication with her size or udder.

Meet Smartypants, my daughter’s name for the doe, and her baby girl Sweetpea. ❤️

We haven’t been posting a bunch on our page for the past year but that will be changing here shortly. We had a few things going on that diverted our attention for a while.
However, we have been looking at going a different direction and will be updating our page as we get things sorted out.
We are very excited for what is in store for our homestead in the near future and look forward to sharing it with everyone. 🙂

Just pulled 18 American Bresse chicks from the incubator this afternoon. Have it set up where I should be pulling each Thursday if interested in a later hatch.

We have 5 Bourbon Red Turkeys available. We are downsizing on our animals and have decided that we aren’t going to be working with them anymore. Our loss is your gain.

These beautiful LGD pups are looking for their own pastures to guard. Currently very helpful assistants guarding poultry and goats. Also exposed to pigs, equine, other dogs and cats. They do love their belly rubs during their down time. Located in Sulphur Springs.
