Horak Homestead, LLC A small-scale farm that raises lamb, beef, chicken and canned goods for sale direct to consumer! Our livestock include beef, lamb, and chickens.

We are small farmers wanting to provide people access to local, quality products. In addition, our canned produce includes pickles, relish, tomato soup, spaghetti sauce, and sauerkraut. We find it is more important than ever now to know what is in your food and where it comes from! Thank you for your support!

🐑Taking pre-orders for whole lambs for end of November $400+ processing!
We do have some smaller (3.5-4 #) leg of lamb in stock $15/lb!!

* Sept 19th - BROOKINGS - we'll be back and are taking orders as this may be the last market until winter!
* 1- 20 # Beef Bundle Left (~10 # burger, a couple steaks, roast, ribs, stew meat) - $220
* 1/4 or 1/8 beef available - October 19th Locker Date at Elkton Locker. Delivery available. Total for a 1/4 is around $1300 (including processing).
