My cup turned into a tiny blue‑green sky β€” layered and oddly soothing in the best way.
Velvety milk, a touch of honey, and that floating matcha top make mornings feel like a mini celebration ☁️✨

Ingredients 🧾
- 1 cup milk (oat, almond, or regular)
- β…• teaspoon blue spirulina powder
- honey, to taste
- Yogurt or marshmallow fluff, as desired (optional)
- 1 Β½ teaspoons matcha powder, or more to taste
- Warm water (not boiling), to taste
- 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions πŸ‘©β€πŸ³
1. Stir together the milk, blue spirulina, and honey in a cup. Stir until smooth and fully combined. Set aside.
2. Decorate the inside of a separate glass with β€œclouds” using yogurt or marshmallow fluff. Set aside.
3. Sift the matcha powder into a separate glass, adding an additional Β½ teaspoon more powder if desired. Whisk 2–3 tablespoons warm water into the powder in a zigzag formation until smooth, adding more water for a lighter consistency or less water for a stronger matcha. Set aside.
4. Fill the cloud-decorated glass with the ice, then pour in the blue milk mixture.
5. Slowly layer the matcha mixture on top to create a two-toned effect. Serve layered, or give it a stir before drinking.
6. Enjoy!

Hot day? Want something that actually tastes like summer in a glass.
Bright lemon, juicy blueberries and a hint of mint β€” perfectly refreshing for porch time.

Ingredients 🧾
- 2 cups fresh blueberries (frozen will also work)
- 1 cup (or one big handful) mint leaves (a few stems are fine too), coarsely chopped
- 1 1/2 cups fresh lemon juice
- 1 cup granulated sugar (you can add more sugar if you have a sweet tooth)
- 4 to 5 cups filtered water

Instructions
1. In a blender add blueberries, mint, lemon juice, and granulated sugar. Blend until smooth and deep purple. The mixture will look a bit like a smoothie.
2. Pour mixture into a fine mesh strainer placed over a medium bowl. Use a spatula to press the liquid through the strainer leaving the blueberry pulp and fresh mint in the strainer. Discard the pulp. Pour the blueberry, mint, lemon juice into a pitcher and add water. Taste and add more water (or sugar?) according to your taste.
3. Serve chilled.

Craving something smoky and a bit spicy? These charred cabbage wedges are comfort food with a kick 🌢️πŸ”₯
Creamy Greek yogurt and crispy onions make it an easy crowd-pleaser β€” full recipe is in the first comment πŸ‘‡

Ingredients 🧾
- 100g salted butter
- 2 tbsp harissa (we used rose harissa)
- 1 lemon zested and juiced
- 2 garlic cloves crushed
- small handful of parsley, finely chopped
- 1 pointed spring cabbage
- 1 tbsp neutral oil
- 200g thick Greek yogurt
- 50g crispy onions

Instructions πŸ‘©β€πŸ³
1. Melt the butter in a saucepan, then add the harissa, lemon zest, lemon juice and garlic, and cook for 2–3 mins, until sizzling. Season with pepper and stir in most of the parsley, reserving a little to garnish.
2. Wash and discard any damaged or blemished outer leaves of the cabbage. Cut in half, keeping the root intact, then cut each half into 2 wedges, keeping the root attached to each end. Carefully thread onto metal skewers, brush each wedge with the harissa butter, then set aside on a baking tray.
3. Brush the neutral oil over the bars of the barbecue and grill the cabbage, brushing with the butter occasionally, turning carefully every 3–5 mins, until soft and charred all over. Alternatively, you can cook these under a hot grill.
4. Spread the yogurt out on a serving platter and top with the skewers, drizzling over any remaining butter, then scatter with the crispy onions and reserved parsley.
