I was talking to my chiropractor the other day and we got to talking about bone broth. It is so good for you and easy to make!

First I put the bones in my largest pot on the stove. Then I add water enough to cover them. Boil for 30 minutes skimming off the scum that forms. Pressure cook high for 1 hour with a quick release. Add any aromatics if you want, stirring the bones. Pressure cook on high for another hour with a natural release. Strain and add to your the bottles.

Let me know if y'all want to give it a go. I have some bones.

I got a new tool today. One I never thought I would ever get. Not because it was expensive, but because I never thought I would need it.

But here I am making content for the socials and having a stand is nice. This way I can get better, more stable angles. No longer will I have to make a brace out of fat for the phone to sit. 😂
