We are looking for the BEST baristas. We are staffing for our Chesapeake location and we want people who are excited about bread, pastries and COFFEE. In this position you will have the opportunity to help craft our coffee program and menu items, be part of our first retail location opening, and join our tight knit Top Knot family.

The time has come!! We are moving this Friday! We will be closed for business Friday during the move. Many people have asked what will happen to this location, our BFFs Pinup Coffee Co. | Specialty Coffee Roaster will be taking over this spot and offering To-Go coffee as well as some of our pastries and bread. So if you are used to coming out here for our stuff, you still can!

Thank you all so much for the support thus far and getting us to this point. It’s because of YOU that we were able to make this move. Can’t wait to show you what we have in store.

At the bakery, dark and early. Getting reps in everyone else is sleeping. People always say “ I could never wake up that early” but I find it peaceful. Working on my craft and getting to make a living from my passion is a privilege I don’t take for granted. Honestly sleep is an inconvenience.
