Our founders boast a collective experience of over 60 years in the restaurant and bar industry, with half of that time dedicated to either managing bars or crafting and serving beverages. Our passion for exploring the culinary and mixology scenes has taken us across the globe, with a primary focus on visiting the restaurants and bars of North America (our home), South America, Central America, the
Caribbean, Europe, East Asia, and South East Asia. It's crucial to emphasize that our mission is to deliver authentic cocktails that capture the distinct flavor profiles of recipes from the locations we visited in these seven regions—hence the name 'Seven Skies.'
We've invested significant effort in deconstructing and reconstructing these recipes, aiming to authentically present the essence of each cocktail. Our carefully crafted versions not only strive to honor the taste of the original cocktails, but also transport you to the diverse locations that inspired them.
