Better late than never… we had a great time at the Middleburg Classic Horse Show. The weather was perfect and so were horses!

💙❤️💛Soleil - Champion in the Older Children’s, winning 3 out of 5 classes and also taking home the Classic win! Carleigh and Soleil never scored below an 82 all weekend!! Thank you Pam Herman for trusting us with your special mare 🦄

💙❤️💛Bon Voyage - Champion Junior Equitation. Porter also earned top ribbons in the 3’3” juniors including a handy win, missing reserve by just 1 point.

💙❤️💛Royal Blue Moon - Champion in a very competitive Large Pony Hunter division. Thank you Jill Tewksbury for sharing your special pony with Carleigh!

❤️💛🤍Enchanted Knight - Stef and Mason continued their winning streak with Reserve champion in the Large Children’s pony and 2nd in the combined Children’s Pony Classic.

🖤🤍🩶Delinquent JX - Alexis earned multiple ribbons in a difficult Middle Adult Division. She also met a few personal goals that she set for herself. Alexis’ commitment, hard work and determination are sure to take her far in the future!

🖤🤍🩶Nice Guy Especiale - Sam had good ribbons and consistent scores in a tough Younger 3’3” division. Nico is still green, but we couldn’t be happier with how well he is progressing at each show!

🖤🤍🩶Under Wraps TE - Paige and Rolo’s first show together was a success! Their trips got better and better throughout the weekend and we are excited to see how these two progress.

Makenna Carter and Woodlands Summer Rain had their first away show together and got a 2nd in the 2’ derby on Friday!
They also did well in the child / adult equitation on Saturday with very good trips. Makenna has grown into the sport immensely ever since having this pony. They really do love eachother any place, anytime.
Our hopes are high with this pair and we cannot wait to be cheering them on from the ingate.

Delinquent Jx owned by Alexis Phaup had some great rounds in the Adults and secured a 2nd in the flat!
This pair has been so committed and consistent in their lessons, warmups and training. If it’s anyone who is determined to be a horseman in the sport it’s Alexis. We continue to see them excel in every aspect of showing and cannot wait to take them to their next one. Congratulations ❤️

Our weekend just kept getting better when “Gussied up” owned by Cara Oxenham Cara P. Oxenham scored double 86s for the win in the Classic. He also secured top ribbons to end champion for the weekend in the Children’s 3’ division.

“Soleil” owned by Pam Herman Pam Herman also turned out beautifully to have a score of 83 in the Sunday classic trip. She pulled the rest of the top ribbons to ensure a Reserve tri color for the weekend.

Carleigh Carter piloted both horses to perfection and we couldn’t thank these owners enough jn trusting our show program to get these horses in top shape for the ring.

The first of many congratulations for the weekend goes to the Frank family and their “RCR Cloud Nine” This pony has only been overseas for a month and already champion in USHJA 2’ with our very own Carleigh Carter in the irons. He was also a gentleman all weekend taking his own kid around the Crossrails for a blue ribbon. We absolutely love this young pony and are so excited for his bright show pony future. Thank you again to Paige Cade for helping us facilitate this match.

When it comes to this horse… you just buy all the photos! We’re so happy with Carleigh and Porter’s performance at Blowing Rock. Champion Week 1 in the 3’3 Juniors and 2nd in the Derby.

Thank you to Peg, Laura and Lissy for taking care our girl and giving her an opportunity to work and show with your fantastic team. It’s good to be surrounded by such hard working people who continually dedicate themselves to horses.
