Cakes by Joanne At-home baker and a 40-year veteran cake and cookie decorator Forty years later, my cakes have evolved but my goal has only expanded.

I began taking classes in cake decorating when my children were young, wanting to provide home-baked birthday cakes that didn't necessarily look like something they could have made themselves. I want to provide people with beautiful custom cakes for their special occasions at prices that they can afford. I work out of my kitchen but offer a clean, smoke-free work space. I love playing around with

styles, textures, flavors, and designs, so a personal consultation is included in the cake fee. From simple buttercream, to layered fondant cakes, and even simple sugar sculpture, I'd love to work with you to create a memorable centerpiece for your next event.
