We also make our own Extra Virgin, cold pressed Artisan Oils. Our tasty Pecan Oil and Sunflower Oils are wonderful for cooking and vinaigrette’s. Our unrefined oils are full of nutrients, antioxidants and good fats for a healthy alternative to butter or refined oils. Our oils are pressed using non-GMO seeds/nuts and our micro-greens are grown organically with non-GMO seed, no chemicals or pesticides are used. All of our micro-greens are delivered in 5×7 containers of organic potting soil, still alive and growing, so chefs can fresh cut what they need. A little water keeps the microgreens alive and growing, virtually eliminating waste.
