Introducing a new love child. "The Finkle" IYKYK. A delicious union of both our features, made real for Chris with Mockingbird.
It all starts with our bacon cowboy buttered brioche rolls, and a swirl of fancy sauce. Then comes the pan fried, thick-cut bologna, adorned with melted white american. Why not put our smoked and slow cooked pork, that everyone loves, right on top? Why not indeed.
