🐄✨Meet Our Little Miracle: Maverick! ✨🐄

We're absolutely THRILLED to share the heartwarming story of Maverick, our incredible miracle calf! 💕

Born 42 days early on August 7th, this little fighter started his journey in our farm's version of the NICU. For his first few precious days, Maverick was bottle-fed and lovingly cared for by his amazing "nurses" - Renna and William - who even shared their toys with him! 🍼🧸

Through determination and lots of TLC, our brave boy gradually gained strength, learned to stand tall, and eventually mastered nursing from his mama. After a few challenging but hopeful weeks, September 25th became our celebration day - MAVERICK WAS RELEASED! 🎉

Today, this amazing little guy is living his best life in the green pastures, surrounded by other baby calves and soaking up every moment of pure joy! 🌱☀️

Sometimes the smallest fighters have the biggest hearts. Maverick reminds us that with love, patience, and a little help from friends, miracles really do happen! 💪❤️

🌮 Family Recipe Friday: Cheeseburger Taquitos! 🍔

One of our favorite ways to use our premium Ring Angus ground beef! These are a huge hit with kids and adults alike.

Ingredients:
• 1½ lbs Ring Angus ground beef
• ½ cup minced white onion
• Salt & pepper to taste • 2 Tbsp sweet relish
• 1 Tbsp mustard
• ¼ cup ketchup
• 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
• 12 flour tortillas

Quick Steps:

Cook beef & onion, drain, season
Mix in relish, mustard, ketchup & cheese
Fill tortillas, roll up, place seam-down
Bake at 350°F for 18-20 minutes until golden
