Black Pearl King - they have a neutral and savory flavor that lends itself well to many different cuisines and recipes. When thinly sliced, they sear nicely in a pan. Add some grated cheese, extra virgin olive oil, and fresh herbs, and they are great for pasta dishes.

“Pay no attention to the man behind the curtain!” Everyone says I need to add a photo myself to this page. Well here you go! This must be from 2010. A young photographer came in the kitchen and asked to take our picture. Little did he know it would become my favorite picture for the next 15 years….
