The Summers have lived on the property since 1990 & raised family, horses, cows & harvested walnuts. In 2000 Summerlan Ranch started as we built our home & tore out the walnut trees. We board 26 or more horses at affordable prices....We provide feed. We also feed & water morning & night, we clean stalls & more. We started hosting Gymkhana's. In 2012 Jerry passed away & Barbara continued. Currently Rockin Wranglers have Gymkhana's 1 Saturday a month. In 2017 Barbara started SRBG (Summerlan Ranch Barrels & Games) - Barrel Racing - Wednesday Night's & periodic Friday Nights has continued. We have people that want to buy that come weekly & just be a spectator for our events. Bob Stapert, Barb's fiance' is around all the time too.

By Popular demand it has been decided that the race stay on Saturday morning 10/10/2026. NBHA & WCBRA District 11 5D Barrel Race @ Summerlan Ranch. Arena Opens at 8:30 am to 10am for Time Only’s. Awards after the race. Kitchen will be open for BBQ. Posted is our Sponsors. I also forgot $200 added to the Open race.

Good Afternoon Ladies & Gentlemen. I’m trying to get a poll. We had our Awards & Barrel Race last night Wednesday for our Wednesday Night Series. Thank you to all that came out for it. We have our 5D Barrel Race NBHA & WCBRA & Awards Scheduled for this Saturday 10/10/26. I also know that Wendy Sans has the Charlie Kirk Memorial Race Scheduled in King City for the same day. I apologize but mine has been on the WCBRA calendar for many Months. I want to get a poll. Should I move mine to Sunday Morning or keep On Saturday. Please give me an opinion, right away. This is our NBHA & WCBRA 5D Barrel Race & Awards Race. If you have out on or run a race, you know the cost & the work, the time that goes into a race as a producer.
