Pumpkin Bread - Walnuts and spiced pumpkin in a dense, cinnamon-colored loaf. All the flavors that bring to mind fall and the holiday season.

Banana Bread - Traditional banana bread with walnuts. Natural moisture and sweetness from the bananas make all the difference in this loaf.

Brownies and Bars:

Frosted Brownie – Fudgy chocolate brownies loaded with semi-sweet chocolate morsels, topped with a creamy home-made chocolate frosting. A trifecta of chocolatey bliss!

Caramel Shortbread Bars – Nuggets of crumbly shortbread resting on a bed of gooey hand crafted caramel.

Aloha Bars – A layered bar with a yellow cake and oat base, pineapple cream, macadamia nuts, coconut, white chocolate chips and a pineapple icing. A tropical getaway in dessert form!

Alex's Bars – Layers of caramel, milk chocolate chips and an oatmeal crumble, this bar is named after Debbie's daughter who recommends this bar to everyone!

Mexican Brownies – Cinnamon ganache and a slight chili kick add a south of the border twist to our staple brownie recipe. We recommend enjoying them with a cup of Mexican hot chocolate.

Here are descriptions for each of the cookies I currently sell:

Chocolate Chip – The classic! Rich, buttery, and studded with morsels of semi-sweet chocolate. The kind of cookie grandma would be proud of!

Oatmeal Raisin – A hearty oatmeal base balanced by sweet and tangy sun dried raisins.

Snickerdoodle – A sweet, buttery cookie dusted with cinnamon sugar. A perfect accompaniment to your morning coffee! Also available topped with home made cinnamon buttercream frosting.

Frosted Sugar Cookies – A holiday favorite, but delicious any time of the year. Topped with fresh buttercream frosting and home-colored sugar!

White Chocolate Macadamia Nut – The same rich cookie as our Chocolate Chip, but packed with decadent white chocolate chips and sweet macadamia nuts.

Maddacs Baking is finally an officially permitted SD County Cottage Food Operation!!!! What that means is that I am able to bake in my home kitchen and sell to the public.
I got my permit in November and did my first orders this holiday season. It was really exciting.
I'm hoping to get in to a Farmers Market soon but until then I am selling from my home. Orders can be picked up at my home or delivered locally.

I'm in the process of getting all the permits and licenses I'll need to sell my baked goods at the local Farmers Markets. Hopefully from there I'll be able to branch out and do some wholesale and retail sales. This is gonna be a long process, but I'm really excited. I'll try to keep my Maddacs page up to date so you all know how things are progressing. Thanks for your support, you guys are the best!
