Cooking oils ranked S-tier to F-tier:

S-tier: avocado oil. High smoke point, mostly mono-unsaturated, the one we cook with at eatpreptmeals.

A-tier: ghee. All the benefits of butter without the smoke point problem.

B-tier: beef tallow. High smoke point, but saturated, so use it occasionally.

C-tier: butter. Great nutrition, burns the second it gets hot.

F-tier: vegetable, canola, soybean, and other seed oils. Skip them.
