Basque Cheesecake

Rustic. Burnt in a good way. Indulgent, but not overly sweet. Notes of toasted caramel and vanilla custard.

Mom said “it was like something at a four star European restaurant!!”
Fred said “it’s subtle and complex, a thrill!”

… and falling into the category of mean things my family has said about my baking..

Walter said it was “not bad”,

Walter’s Farm baked goods available tomorrow at the old farm stand location from 2:30-5pm.

Cooper Center is closed, so we’ll be setup at the end of our driveway, which is just off of Wright Road, about a mile down from the Cooper Center, on your left, from 2:30-5pm tomorrow.

I’ll be reconfirming with you shortly if you preordered. Accepting additional preorders as well, while supplies last.

📍Volcano’s Farmers Market on Sunday (6-10am)

I’m adding a sourdough cranberry-orange loaf to our menu for Sunday, in addition to more mazariners (Swedish almond tarts) and biscuits and gravy. Might try to make some chocolate peppermint cookies too.. 😊
