This Earth Day we are really feeling the fungus! Mushrooms have incredible biological efficiency and are now looking to be solutions for everything from oil spills and plastic pollution to truly compostable textiles, packaging and building materials! Pretty amazing stuff!

We may also be feeling a bit of fungus fever because we are BOOMING with Blue Oysters! This weekend we are doing not only ONE but TWO Sacramento area Certified Farmers Markets!
