I had the honor of making this cake for Colonel Ramos promotion. Top tier was almond cake with raspberry filling, bottom tier was red velvet with cream cheese filling. Iced with white chocolate . buttercream and covered with home made marshmallow fondant. All decor made with fondant and edible images.
