We are currently taking orders for WHOLE fresh chicken. Processing dates are 11/7 & 11/14. Chickens will be frozen after 3 days, so if you want to part them out, you will want to specify that and make arrangements to pick up before they go to the freezer. We are selling as whole only. Estimated weights will be 6-8 lbs. $5 per pound. We expect to have 40 available. These are Cornish Cross. PM with any questions.

It’s that time of year!! Fresh salsa being canned up as we speak. Will be going out on the farmstand tomorrow. Mild and Hot so far, and have a batch of medium simmering but I ran out of jars! Some of these jars are antique ball jars, so if you’re into that, these will be a score!
