🌱 Fresh Microgreens Ready for Delivery This Weekend! 🌱

📸 One of my best moments this week was picking my granddaughter up from school and watching her dive right into a container of sunflower shoots in the back seat! It makes me so happy to see kids choose fresh, healthy snacks—especially when they’re as clean and delicious as these microgreens. 🌻

Here’s what’s available from this week’s harvest—ready for delivery Friday and through the weekend:
🥦 Broccoli: Packed with sulforaphane, known for its powerful anti-cancer properties and immune-boosting benefits.
🛡️ Immunity Mix: A blend of arugula, broccoli, kale, cabbage, kohlrabi, and mustard—designed to help strengthen your immune system.
🌱 Sunflower Shoots: Crunchy, nutty, and delicious—loaded with protein and Vitamin E for skin and overall health.
🍵 Pea Shoots: A sweet, tender microgreen packed with antioxidants and Vitamin C, perfect for stir-fries or salads.
🌶️ Red Rambo Radish: Adds a spicy kick to any dish, plus it’s rich in Vitamin C and detoxifying properties.
🌾 Red Russian Kale: Milder than traditional kale, it’s great for smoothies and salads and is high in Vitamin K and antioxidants.
🌟 Prism Mix: A vibrant mix of mustards (including wasabi mustard!) for a bold, peppery flavor that’s perfect for spicing up sandwiches and bowls.
🍈 Cantaloupe Microgreens: Sweet and aromatic, these microgreens taste like fresh cantaloupe with a nutrient-packed twist.
🌽 Popcorn Shoots: Naturally sweet and crunchy, popcorn shoots are a fun, healthy snack that kids (and adults!) love.
🍀 Cilantro: Full of bright, citrusy flavor—perfect for adding freshness to tacos, soups, and salads.
🥗 Crunchy Mix: A mix of sunflower shoots, pea shoots, and radish—balanced for crunch, sweetness, and a hint of spice.
