We started our Friday with a very early morning putting together 50 custom charcuterie boxes headed to Indianapolis for a company’s model homes open house. We also delivered a festive Fall charcuterie board to the silent auction winner of the 4th Annual Pickleball Tournament for Alzheimer’s.
Saturday, we prepped and built customized charcuterie cups for a wedding’s cocktail hour. Full of tasty delicious bites for the guests to nibble on as they mingled. They’re a perfect ice breaker!

Tonight was Ole Olsen Memorial Theatre Inc. first production of the new season and Two Board Sisters Charcuterie Boards & Grazescapes was there with tasty bites for the Sip & Show. We may have brought our friend Char-spookerie – the ultimate, elegant host of the table for the production of
Beware the House on Haunted Hill💀
There are still tickets to this spine chilling and tickling who done it.

The Maconaquah High School Class of 1981 celebrated its 45th Class Reunion Saturday evening at Peru Maennerchor. Two Board Sisters Charcuterie Boards & Grazescapes helped get the night started with a custom Grazescape to enjoy as they mingled and reminisced with their classmates while listening to all that great 80s music!

Wedding weekend for this couple who have been clients for several years. The groom actually placed the very first order for one of our custom charcuterie bouquets for his fiancée🩷 With family from out of town here for their special day, we made our Wedding Nourishment Board starting with the bride’s favorite French Brie cheese and then filled it with other delicious bites of mouthwatering seasonal delights for a get-together at their Airbnb this evening 🩷

This past Saturday evening, Two Board Sisters Charcuterie Boards & Grazescapes was honored to once again cater the Wabash County Museum’s, “Under the Stars.” Though Mother Nature decided to change the event from outside to inside the museum, the amazing museum staff and their hardworking volunteers transformed two floors into an elegant dinner club atmosphere against the backdrop of the museum’s displays!
In the meantime, we were busy preparing all the food in our commercial kitchen. We made:
*200 Antipasto Skewers
*200 Fruit Kabob Skewers
*200 Individual Pasta Salads
*400+ Individual One Bite Appetizers
200 Assorted Cocktail Style Desserts
*31 Charcuterie Boards Extraordinaire, filled with delectable specialty cheeses, Italian meats, crudités, crackers, and so much more. Then, we were off to the museum with everything to begin assembling and adding final touches before serving.
A huge shoutout to our student volunteers from the Wabash High School Key Club and Southwood Jr/Sr High students with their teacher/chaperone, Amy Mcgouldrick. What an incredible and amazing group of young people! They helped so much as they worked alongside us helping with final touches and then being the servers for the evening. They all took pride in what they were doing and we heard from guests throughout the night saying what a wonderful job they did.
It was an incredible evening for a great cause filled with laughter, beautiful music, and delicious food.
