Do you know that we can accommodate different allergies or special dietary needs? We make each charcuterie board and custom Grazescape specifically for each client, catering to gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian, kosher, and other dietary requirements. This evening was one such instance. Our client, hosting a mixer for family and friends attending a wedding this week, requested gluten-free items. We made sure there were items that were available for this specific need. It's also about maintaining food safety, including hand washing, changing gloves, and checking food temperatures. While we value beautiful presentation, it's crucial to ensure that we prepare and present food safely. Our clients appreciate it and so will you.

A huge shoutout to Crossroads Bank for their service project for Grow Wabash County, as they hosted a fundraising event to raise funds for the local food pantries. They planned a fun night of Sip, Shop, & Succulents at Metzgers Garden Event Center in North Manchester for corporations and families to attend. The focus and purpose is to reduce food insecurity within Wabash County through education, awareness, and establishing long-term plans. Two Board Sisters Charcuterie Boards & Grazescapes provided individual light dinner boxes for each guest for the evening. What a wonderful project, and thank you for inviting us to be a part of such a worthy cause.

Dawn, who taught third grade, definitely knows how much time, energy, and dedication these people put into their lives for our children. It has been an honor for Two Board Sisters Charcuterie Boards & Grazescapes to be a part of Ole Olsen Memorial Theatre first Sip & Show for each opening night of this season's productions. From our bloody knife skewers for The 39 Steps, to our added fortune cookie for Murder on the Orient Express, and two other shows in between, we have truly enjoyed Ole's 61st season. There are still tickets available for this weekend for their final show of the season, Murder on the Orient Express. Come on out and support this amazing local community theater 🎭

Do you know that to have a charcuterie business in the state of Indiana, you need to work out of a commercial kitchen that is inspected prior to opening and selling, and then inspected yearly? Plus, you need to be ServSafe certified every five years, meaning you studied and passed a test to learn food safety, such as time and temperature controls, FIFO, proper food handling, and much more. At Two Board Sisters Charcuterie Boards & Grazescapes, we take all of this very seriously. We have our own commercial kitchen and last week, once again, passed our health inspection with flying colors. Yes, we love what we do, making our boards and Grazescapes eye-appealing and delicious, but it's more than that. It's about keeping our clients safe by following proper guidelines. We have over 50 years of combined experience in the food industry. From Dawn owning and operating a Culver's restaurant franchise for over 15 years, and Val being the GM, to Val's previous corporate management experience working 18 years for an international food company in Quality Assurance and Research & Development. That's not to pat ourselves on the back. It's to say we know what we're doing. It's about continuing classes and keeping up with changing guidelines. It's knowing there aren't shortcuts and cheaper isn't always better. It’s loving what we do and doing it right🩷

A wedding rehearsal Grazescape dinner by Two Board Sisters Charcuterie Boards & Grazescapes for the happy couple, hosted by the groom's family, is a testament to the power of love and connection. We are always thrilled to be a part of such special moments, especially when it involves people we know. Friday, took us back to Dawn's inspiring days as a 3rd-grade teacher and Jeremy's time as Wabash's cross-country coach. The ambiance and warmth that filled the setting this evening were simply perfect for a night that will be etched in memories forever. It was a night filled with love, laughter, exquisite food, and moments that will be cherished for a lifetime 🩷

Pearls, Prosecco, a custom-designed Grazescape by Two Board Sisters Charcuterie Boards & Grazescapes, along with our edible piece of artwork, vintage crystal, blush and cream roses, all came together in perfect harmony this past Saturday in a small town's historic building turned boutique venue, The Hudson Event Center, with loads of charm and luxury feels for our beautiful bride, Brooke, at her bridal shower, along with one amazing in-house coordinator, Jess with Archive Design Studio. We often say we love what we do, and it's times like this when we are a part of a day so special because of sweet and thoughtful touches like using Brooke's family heirloom dishware and crystal from her great-grandmother's and grandmother's collection, to a special message left on the chalkboard by her soon-to-be husband that she had no idea was there till she arrived. Her family is originally from Wabash Co, and we were touched when they reached out to us to be a small part of their day to celebrate with family and friends. Did we say we love what we do🩷
