It’s a market weekend!

School is back in session so we’re back to roasting all day during the week.

We plan to be back at the downtown market this weekend and will have a more regular schedule for fall coming soon!

We had a blast with our kids this summer! Waco is such a great place to raise a family- and run a family business. Thanks for your support even through our limited summer market schedule and occasionally delayed roasting time for orders this summer. See you at the market this weekend!

Rest is important. Today is the first day I’ve really really enjoyed this Honduran Geisha. I’m not surprised— the last Geisha we had also took more than a week of rest time before the flavors popped- this one doesn’t have the same pop exactly- is more delicate, floral, slightly sweet and and very clean. Roasted on the lighter side, v60 pour over, brew temp 200, let it cool slightly before drinking and it really was perfect.

I’ll work on getting it on the site today, will only have enough to sell for this month maybe less before we run out- especially if I don’t drink it all first.

We’re trying different coffees from around the world, a little at a time in addition to all our Costa Rican coffees, let me know if there’s a particular one you like and I’ll see what we can source. Currently looking for a Guatemalan Huehuetenango.

We’ve been roasting all week to prep for the market on Saturday! This weekend is your chance to stop and see us and stock up on your summer coffee. We’re bringing lots of our regulars- Monte Redondo, Dark Roast, Breakfast Blend, Honey Blends, Natural Process, and a new washed Honduran Geisha.

NEW SUMMER SCHEDULE:
June ——- August
Iron Bridge Coffee will be at Waco Downtown Farmers Market ONLY on 4th Saturdays. Kids home on summer break + extreme summer temperatures in our roastery are why we are making this change- but we do plan to roast most weeks early mornings Monday-Friday so feel free to order online all summer long. We will also use the time for admin work and possibly expand our capacity some so we can keep bringing you great coffee this Fall & Winter.

We’re bringing all our different roasted coffees with us this Saturday May 23rd from 9am-1pm at Waco Downtown Farmers Market. (Won’t be back till June 27th!)

We will have lots of our new Turrialba Honey coffee- and adding it to the site as well!

We are so thrilled to announce we’re bringing new coffees to the market this week! Like this new juicy honey process coffee from the Turrialba region of Costa Rica. It’s great over ice.

Of course, we’re bringing all your favorites as well including our medium roast Monte Redondo—- the coffee from our farm and the local favorite—- Costa Rica Classic Dark Roast.
