The folks behind one of Texas’ most iconic b**rs have taken more than a century of brewing tradition and brought it to the wh***ey world.

Shiner Texas Bourbon is distilled and bottled at the K. Spoetzl Distillery in Shiner, Texas — the same place Shiner has called home since 1909. 🇨🇱

Made from a four-grain mash of yellow dent corn, winter rye, malted wheat & two-row barley, it’s double pot distilled in copper and bottled at 90 proof. 🥃

If you know Shiner for the b**r, it might be time to meet their bourbon.

🌵🔥 BOTTLE SPOTLIGHT OF THE WEEK 🔥🌵

This week we’re featuring Bara-Cara Tequila Blanco — tequila made the old-fashioned way. 🇲🇽

Bara-Cara starts with mature 8–10 year old agave from Jalisco and undergoes a slow 10–12 day fermentation. It’s made without diffuser extraction or additives, using traditional methods inspired by the way tequila was produced generations ago.

And tequila fans may recognize the woman behind it — Bara-Cara is distilled by Melly Barajas Cárdenas, the same master distiller behind La Gritona Tequila, at her distillery in Jalisco. 🌵

There’s even a saying behind Bara-Cara: “Es como el que tomaban nuestros abuelos” — it’s like what our grandparents drank.
