Update : Family Found

URGENT: Help Locate Family of Lost Child

At around 7:30 PM, a young Black male child, estimated to be 3-5 years old and possibly non-verbal autistic, was found by a citizen at the intersection of Legend Dr. and Westview Dr. The McKinney Police have not yet identified the child or located his family, as no one has reported him missing.

The child is currently safe at the Public Safety Building. If you recognize him or have any information regarding his family, please contact the McKinney Police Department at 972-547-2700. Your help is crucial in reuniting him with his loved ones.

• Transparency: The new law increases transparency in the permitting process, making it clearer and simpler for food truck owners to understand and comply with regulations.

• Statewide Consistency: Food trucks can now operate in any county across Texas with the same permit, eliminating the patchwork of local rules that previously made statewide operation difficult.

Overall, the Texas Food Truck Freedom Bill is expected to boost the food truck industry by lowering barriers to entry and making it easier for vendors to expand and serve more communities. The bill will be in effect July 1, 2026! 🔥
