Today, we’re feeling extra thankful for YOU, China Spring and surrounding communities!

Every time you walk through our doors, grab groceries for your family, recommend us to a friend, share one of our posts, or simply choose to shop local, you’re supporting our family AND so many other local farmers, makers, and small businesses whose products fill our shelves.

🍽️ China Spring, what’s your favorite crockpot recipe?!

There’s just something about throwing dinner in the crockpot in the morning and coming home to a meal that’s ready to go. 🙌 We want to hear YOUR tried-and-true favorites!

Need a little inspiration? Here’s one to add to your dinner rotation:

🥔 Creamy Ranch Chicken & Potatoes

🛒 Grab:
• 2–3 lbs chicken breasts or thighs
• Baby potatoes
• Baby carrots
• 1 packet ranch seasoning
• 1 can cream of chicken soup
• 8 oz cream cheese
• ½ cup chicken broth
• Garlic powder, onion powder & black pepper
• Shredded cheddar cheese
• Optional: bacon, because… bacon. 🥓

Add the potatoes and carrots to your crockpot, place the chicken on top, season, then pour the soup and broth over everything. Add the cream cheese on top and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours. Once the chicken reaches 165°F and the potatoes are tender, shred the chicken, stir everything together, add your cheddar and let it get nice and melty. 😋

Easy, creamy, cozy and SO good!
