Tonight we got to celebrate our amazing staff at an employee party and plan for our rescheduled final day since last Sunday was snowed out. We are so grateful to have had these amazing folks keeping this place running day in and day out.

We will OPEN one more time THIS FRIDAY, January 2nd, 12pm-10pm. Come for a final toast to cheer and good times. Credit card only on Friday!

WEATHER UPDATE!

When we chose our final day of business, we certainly weren’t expecting blizzard conditions.

We know many of you were planning to come out today to raise a glass with us, especially for our Beer Club Cheers! However, with the weather forecast calling for blizzard conditions and no travel recommendations from local agencies, we don’t want anyone to feel obligated to travel for our last day if road conditions become unsafe. Keeping our parking lot properly plowed and safe during a storm like this is also a major undertaking.

For those reasons, we’ve decided to close today. But don't despair!

The good news: WE WILL REOPEN FOR ONE MORE DAY later this week so we can give Schram Haus the proper send-off it deserves and make sure you can come in one more time. We’re finalizing the details on when and what that looks like and will post soon.

We packed a lot of fun into the past 7 years. 🍻
From Schnitzelbank parties to epic Goatfests, 7 years of Oktobierfests, and all the moments in between, it's fun to look back on. It's nearly impossible to find and post ALL the photos and the people that have been a part of these over the years, but here are a few highlights.

We’re so thankful to have had the opportunity to create these memories with you.

We weathered COVID shutdowns, years of road construction, and plenty of other hurdles, but it’s been an absolute pleasure being the brewery on the bluff in Chaska and becoming part of Chaska’s brewing history.

Join us for one final weekend (lederhosen optional 😉) to toast the memories. Stop by for craft beer, seltzers, pretzels, and 4-packs while they last!
